La anfitriona súper amable, nos recomendó muchos lugares y ayudo mucho. Sin dudas volvería a ir a sus departamentos ! La ubicación del lugar perfecta, cerca del centro y de la Av. Que va a la playa
Buen lugar, buen precio! La dueña muy amable. Las habitación bien amplía, limpia y cómoda. El punto débil es el baño: no hay asiento en el inodoro. No hay cortina de baño. La ducha da corriente si la tocas, hay que seguir instrucciones para que no suceda eso. Se podría solucionar colocando un cable de masa o cable a tierra a la ducha (la ducha no dar puesta a tierra por eso trasmite electricidad). Buena ubicación, cerca de los restaurantes.

Had a nice stay at Posada 77. The host is very helpful, the room had a/c and fan and it was nearby everything. It was a good cheaper option in expensive Tulum! I would stay again when I go back to Tulum someday.
Todo muy bien, el único detalle es la regadera que es eléctrica, de ahí en fuera todo muy bien, Liliana (la chica que está a cargo) es muy atenta y amable. Lugar muy limpio y también dejan libros en el cuarto, por si gustan leer, también tiene TV, WIFI, aire acondicionado y además ventilador, tiene un tubo con ganchos para colgar la ropa, está muy cerca de las ruinas y de la playa, y es económico ($500 la noche). Cumple con las 3 "B".
El mejor lugar para quedarte en un lugar tan caro como Tulum está cerca de todo limpio muy amable la atención no me quejo de nada tiene cama cómoda super recomendado y el precio es exelente.
Es un lugar lindo y económico y está cerca de parques, le faltan algunos detalles a la habitación pero me gustó ke tiene aire acondicionado
